5.Sub-processors
We use Hostinger for EU hosting/email, MongoDB Atlas for database storage, OpenAI for story text and illustration context, Google Gemini for child photo based illustration generation, Stripe for payment processing, and Lulu for printing and shipping. Transfers outside the EU rely on DPAs and Standard Contractual Clauses where required.
6.Retention periods
Uploaded photos are deleted after book generation cleanup windows, accounts are kept while active, payment data is kept for French accounting obligations, and generated books are kept while the account exists or until deletion is requested.
